Message	Thoughts on working for Caterpillar (did you go as a contract worker or direct for CAT?) I grew up about 20 mins north of Decatur, and my last few jobs were centered around the mining truck/industry (which has taken a huge hit the last several years and is kind of dragging the company down right now) I believe CAT will be around here forever, but a big motivation for the move was that the industry I am in now is continuing to see growth - and I want to grow with it.
